Venue: The meeting and Saturday evening dinner will be held at the Beachside Conference and Events Centre, 70 Beach Road, Tahunanui, Nelson Free parking is available at the venue. There is no dinner at the venue on the Friday evening.

Accommodation: Accommodation is available near the meeting venue. We encourage those delegates travelling by themselves to share a twin room with another delegate to reduce the cost.
Tahuna Beach Holiday Park has a range of Motels, Apartments, Studio Units, Cabins, powered and non powered motorhome / caravan sites.

Executive Meeting: The Executive is made up of one delegate from each branch and the Club Management Committee. Where a branch wishes to send an additional observer to the Executive Meeting, every attempt will be made to seat them with the Branch delegate at tables but cannot be guaranteed. Please make it clear if you are a “Branch Observer” on your registration form. General Members may attend to observe this meeting and will be seated where possible. On Saturday afternoon the Executive Meeting will continue when the Annual General Meeting concludes.
Arrivals and Departures: On the registration form you will be asked to state whether or not you wish to make use of the offer of transport to and from Nelson Airport. Please make sure you fill this in so the branch can meet your needs. All flight bookings should be arranged and the AGM organisers advised of times as soon as possible.
Dietary Needs: Please let us know your special dietary requirements on the registration form.
Friday – Dinner before the meeting will be at your own expense and arrangement. There is no dinner available at the meeting venue.
Saturday – Buffet dinner for Club members and Executive attendees. Theme is Tahuna Beach Races. Cost is $50. A cash bar will be provided.
Supporters Bus Tour Saturday afternoon – Select from a choice of 2 tours. Tours are for arranged for non-executive members
Option 1. Bus Trip: Visit Eyebright, Katie Gold/Owen Bartlett potters and Upper Moutere Crafts, Hoglund Art Glass, and afternoon tea will be at Nelson Clubrooms.
Option 2. Mini Van Trip: Visit a couple of “sheds” and afternoon tea will be at Nelson Clubrooms
Sunday Morning – Nelson Classic Car Museum
The Nelson Branch have arranged for a discounted visit to the Nelson Classic Car Museum where morning tea and lunch will be available at members cost, and transfers to the airport will be made from the museum in museum collection cars. For transport purposes we need to know approx. numbers attending.
