Note: Your registration fee includes Saturday morning and afternoon teas, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast, morning tea and lunch.
Executive Meeting
The Executive is made up of one delegate from each branch and the Club Management Committee. Where a branch wishes to send an additional observer to the Executive Meeting, every attempt will be made to seat them with the Branch delegate at tables but cannot be guaranteed.
Please make it clear if you are a “Branch Observer” or “Member Observer” on your registration form.
General member may attend to observe this meeting but do not have speaking rights.

Accommodation
A special rate has been negotiated with Bealey Quarter Motel for a studio twin/double at $150 per night. Please select on registration form if you wish to use this option.
If, due to travel arrangements you need to also book for Friday or Sunday nights, please indicate on the registration form.
Please note: Our booking for the Bealey Quarter Motel must be finalised by 02 February 2024 or the reserved rooms will be relinquished. After that date, it will be your responsibility to arrange your accommodation.
Transportation for Arrivals and Departures
Transport will be provided for delegates on Saturday morning from the airport to the Canterbury Clubrooms returning to the airport on Sunday afternoon.
Please ensure you indicate on the registration form if you require transport.
If you are flying into Christchurch on Friday 15th March, please make sure that you have indicated that on your registration form and transport will be arranged to Bealey Quarter Motel.
Important: Transport will only be provided to and from the Bealey Quarter Motel. If you will be using alternative accommodation you must arrange your own transport.
Saturday Evening Dinner
Drinks and dinner will follow on from the adjournment of the meeting. Not BYO. Canterbury Branch operate a licensed bar, cash only. A guest speaker has also been arranged.
